It’s made with soft sheep wool on a wool foundation which ensures a soft yet durable feeling on the surface. Maimana rugs are known for their tightly knotted rugs, which is why they are famous for their shell-life and durability at high usage areas. Rugs like these are meant to last for a lifetime without any sign of age on the rug itself. This kilim rug is colored with natural vegetable dyes, meaning the color of the wool will not change over time.
